PartsTrader is a leading digital marketplace connecting automotive repairers, parts suppliers, and insurers across New Zealand and the United States. They wanted a practical tool to help mechanics quickly identify the parts they needed while encouraging them to use the PartsTrader platform for orders.

We designed and printed a custom A5 pad, digitally produced on 100gsm Advanced Laser stock in CMYK on one side. Each pad included 21 pages with a sturdy backing card, glued at the top edge and trimmed to A5, with a drilled hole for convenient handling. Digital printing allowed us to personalise the last page of each pad, rewarding users who placed 20 part orders and including messages throughout the pad showing progress toward the reward—turning a simple pad into a motivating, interactive tool for mechanics.

The pads were finished to be robust and practical for workshop use, while still reflecting PartsTrader’s professional brand. Each page printed clearly and vibrantly, ensuring legibility even in busy, hands-on environments. The combination of digital precision and careful finishing meant the pads were ready for immediate use, delivered directly to PartsTrader via courier.
