When Datacom came to us ahead of a high-profile Datapay event, they needed something more memorable than a brochure, something tactile, premium and engaging. The ask: 50 full sets of custom-designed signal cards (35 per set), plus sleek, branded cartons to house each deck. Oh, and they needed it all in just over a week.

We prepped the card artwork for digital print on our Konica Minolta AccurioPress C4070, chosen for its outstanding colour fidelity and precise registration. Each card was printed double-sided in CMYK on 300gsm satin stock, finished with a matt laminate for durability and a refined, scuff-resistant texture. We digitally die-cut each one to 63 x 89mm with 4mm rounded corners — spot on, every time.

For the cartons, we used 320gsm Burano Nero Black — an uncoated, deep-black board known for its rich tone and consistency. The lids were screen printed in spot UV gloss varnish to highlight the Datapay brand with impact and precision. Each carton was assembled, packed with its custom card set, and delivered in full by the client’s deadline.

Once again, we delivered premium results under pressure, with no compromises.
