Christchurch-based furniture studio Heart & Sap came to us for business cards that would reflect the same craftsmanship and attention to detail they put into their bespoke timber furniture. As a brand built on quality and sustainability, they needed cards that wouldn’t just hand over details, they needed to make a statement, aligning with the calibre of their work.

We printed 1000 cards on a heavy 350gsm silk matt stock, strong in the hand, smooth to the touch. Both sides were finished with a matt laminate for extra durability and resistance to scuffs, ensuring the cards stay sharp long after being handed out. To elevate the design further, we applied a blind spot UV varnish on the logo, giving it a striking contrast against the soft matt background and catching the light just right.

The result was a premium, tactile business card that reinforces Heart & Sap’s identity as a studio dedicated to fine detail, quality and lasting first impressions — just like their furniture.
