Premium Keg Collar Printing: Reflecting Good George Brewing's Commitment to Craft

At Colourcraft, we're passionate about collaborating with exceptional brands and the work we produce for Good George Brewing Co was no exception. In 2022 over several orders, we printed close to 10,000 keg collars for this iconic Hamilton-based brewery.

Keg collars play a crucial role in identifying and branding beer kegs. These die-cut ‘collars’ are securely attached to the neck of each keg, ensuring that the specific beer inside can be easily recognised during its journey from Good George Brewing Co to bars and establishments throughout the country.

We print keg collars on Formakote Natura 300gsm, a locally-made packaging board sourced from sustainable, well-managed forests in Whakatāne, New Zealand. This board boasts excellent durability, especially when subjected to the rigorous conditions of chillers.

To achieve their unique shape, we cut the keg collars using a precision die-cutting process, using standing cutting tooling that is widely used by our brewery clients throughout the country.

We take pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail, and we were thrilled to contribute to Good George Brewing Co.'s commitment to delivering extraordinary beers.
