A new client, PwC Wellington, asked for our help in bringing a beautifully designed report to life for their client, the Pacific Business Trust. The purpose of this report was to commemorate the remarkable journey of the Pacific Business Trust since its establishment in 1985, paying homage to the past, embracing the present, and envisioning the future.

The report comprised 66 pages and was perfect bound. In our commitment to sustainability and maintaining print quality, we used Eco-100, a fully recycled Chlorine Free paper. To enhance both the visual appeal and durability, we applied a matte lamination to the cover, resulting in a scuff-resistant, soft-touch finish. Additionally, we applied a spot gloss UV varnish to specific elements of the cover's graphics, creating a glossy effect that added depth and contrast to the overall design.
